You are in transition and have conflicting feelings.

You’re hoping for a change.

You want to be networking or making friends, building confidence in work or school, and may have anxiety in learning.

As an adult, you struggle to create self-focused time to create boundaries around your personal and professional development.

You may recognize multiple areas of wanting to grow, the hats we wear, that are leading to an identity crisis that involves family, friends, culture, intergenerational changes, and/or a shift in your evolution.

I believe therapy is collaborative work.

As an adult, you might have big meltdowns, feel shut off from the world, or oscillate between the two. Kids face this, too.

I draw from the toolboxes of Somatic approaches of Internal Family Systems, Synergetic Child-Centered and Filial Play Therapy, Multimodal Therapy, Neurodivergent Affirming Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), post-crisis Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy.

Let's talk and find something that works for all you have to give to the world and your self.

You might enjoy drawing, listening to music, playing games, or going for walks. Let's do those, get to know your nervous system, and continue to build the life you're looking for.

As an adoptee, you often wonder if you are in the wrong. You second guess your conversations with coworkers, new acquaintances, and even friends. You're wanting to build self confidence and self esteem.

You may notice unexpected emotional reactions to situations that typically wouldn't elicit deep visceral responses from colleagues, adoptive family, or friends. You want to explore these with someone who has similar lived experiences.

You hope for stronger connections and exploring your past.
